Une Nouvelle Année - A New Year

Happy New Year et Heureuse Nouvelle Année !!!!!!!

Santé, bonheur, prospérité, et une abondance de ces trois!

Health, happiness, prosperity, and an abundance of these three!

Let us open up our heart, our mind, and our spirit to the abundance of the Universe and the infinite love of God.

Let us forgive those who did us harm, and let us forgive ourselves too.

We will thus find peace.

Let us focus on all the positive that surrounds us, letting go of the negative. 

Why not start a "Gratitude Journal" where we write down all of which we can be grateful for, in us and around us (and there is so much of it, if we just take time to reflect...)?

Let us reflect and focus on all the good we already have, and we will have more.

Let us be radiant, and the world will change around us, supporting us.

Let us be aware of all the beauty and the goodness, let us smile often, and our heart will soothe.

Let us not fear the future.

Let us live the present fully, trusting our intuition, opening up to all the possibilities, and we will be free.

Ouvrons notre cœur, nos pensées, notre esprit à l'abondance de l'Univers et à l'amour infini de Dieu.

Pardonnons à ceux et celles qui nous ont fait du mal, et pardonnons-nous à nous aussi...

Trouvons ainsi la paix.

Portons notre attention sur tout le positif qui nous entoure, laissant partir ce qui est négatif.

Pourquoi ne pas commencer un "Journal de Gratitude" où écrire tout ce pourquoi nous pouvons être reconnaissant(e)s, en nous et autour de nous (et il y en a tellement, si nous prenions simplement le temps d'y penser...)? 

Réfléchissons, concentrons-nous sur tout ce que nous avons déjà qui soit bon, et nous en aurons encore plus.

Soyons radieuses, soyons radieux, et le monde autour de nous changera, nous aidant.

Soyons conscient(e)s de toute la beauté, de toute la bonté, sourions souvent, et notre cœur s'apaisera.

Ne craignons pas l'avenir.

Vivons dans le présent, pleinement, ayons confiance en notre intuition, ouvrons-nous à toutes les possibilités, et nous serons libres...
